DUI services at IHR include evaluations and Risk Education classes.

Secretary of State DUI evaluations are completed at IHR.

• The cost of an evaluation is $110 (fee may be waived based on income)
• An appointment for an evaluation can be scheduled with the receptionist
  • Required Information for Scheduling Includes:
    • A copy of a court purposes driving record no more than 30 days old
    • A copy of the statutory summary suspension
    • The evaluation fee.
• The day of the evaluation a friend or family member must attend for at least 15-20 minutes of the appointment time, but they do not need to stay for the whole appointment.
• The appointment is approximately three hours and includes
  • A thorough evaluation
  • An explanation of the classification and recommendations
  • Answering any questions about the Secretary of State process.
• We believe that it is very important for our clients to understand the DUI evaluation as well as their own classification and that they have all of their questions answered.

Risk Education classes are offered at IHR

• Offered approximately every 3-4 weeks depending on the demand
• Offered one evening a week for four weeks
• Cost of the class is $100 (cost may be waived based on income)
