HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICES
Anyone wishing services should call for an appointment. The number is (815) 844-6109. According to the Illinois Mental Health Code, any minor 12 years of age or older may be seen for outpatient counseling for 5 sessions without parental consent or knowledge (Article V, Section 3-501).
COST OF SERVICES
Each individual is charged a fee, according to their ability to pay. NO ONE will be denied services because of their inability to pay. The fee is determined by a sliding scale depending upon income and the number of dependents.
Many insurance plans cover services provided by IHR. We would be happy to submit the billings for you.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All services are bound by the Illinois Confidentiality Act. No one, including your employer, supervisor, or a family member will know you are receiving services unless you tell them or give us written permission to do so.
WHO PROVIDES THE SERVICES Services are provided by well qualified personnel trained in psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, or related professional fields. IHR utilizes an interdisciplinary team approach where no one professional viewpoint dominates. The staff is better able to structure a treatment approach tailored to the patient, rather than one tied to the established methods of one single discipline.
