Substance Abuse Program

If you or someone you love seems to be experiencing issues with drinking or drug use, we offer a variety of treatment programs at the Institute for Human Resources that are licensed by the Illinois Division of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse.

 

Mental Health Counseling and Treatment

The Clinical Program at IHR is available to serve all Livingston County residents with mental health issues or emotional difficulties.

 

 

Psych Rehabilitation

The Psych Rehab Department serves the recovering mentally ill adults of Livingston County.  These consumers are age 18 and older and have a serious mental illness that has impaired their functional skills.  We provide transportation within Pontiac.
